Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

This Deskside Support Technician contract employment opportunity involves providing top-notch support to end users, assisting them with hardware, software, and networking issues.

  • Provide comprehensive IT support to employees for various technical issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving IT issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and collaborate with the infrastructure team for seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience providing in-person deskside support in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, O365, Windows 10/11.
  • Previous experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Customer service oriented personality.
