Market Access and Reimbursement Leader

Gilead Sciences, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Market Access and Reimbursement efforts in Canada.

About the Role

The Senior Director, Market Access and Reimbursement will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive market access strategy for our product portfolio in Canada.

This includes leading the development of pricing strategies, health economics plans, and reimbursement dossiers for all payors, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders in the Canadian healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for our product portfolio in Canada, in alignment with global policy.
  • Lead the development of health economics plans and reimbursement dossiers for all payors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Canadian healthcare system, including government officials, payors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of market access strategies.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Market Access and Reimbursement team.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as economics, health economics, or business administration.
