The General Manager in Training (GMIT) role is a critical step in our management development program. As a GMIT, you'll learn the ins and outs of operating a Domino's Pizza store, including managing staff, maintaining image standards, and providing fast and friendly service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations during opening and closing shifts
  • Ensure store is properly prepared for rushes
  • Lead by example by working with smart hustle and purpose
  • Produce quality products and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure team and customer safety
  • Maintain image standards and cleanliness
  • Complete necessary paperwork and ensure cash balances

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to stand for several hours
  • Strong cash handling skills and mathematics
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High School diploma or equivalent
