About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Yakitori Marketing Corp. as a Restaurant Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Lead and Manage a Team

Supervise and train a team of food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers, and other support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Compile and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food preparation

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, walking, and working under pressure

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration
