Restaurant Food Service Manager

Billy's Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. This is a key role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage kitchen staff and ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure that food is served promptly to customers.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are working efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of noise. Standing for extended periods and walking are also requirements of this role.
