Culinary Team Leader

Job Summary:
Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Team Leader to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the Lone Star kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of our award-winning menu items, including sizzling fajitas, classic Tex-Mex dishes, and AAA steaks.
- Lead the culinary team in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Provide leadership and coaching to both full-time and part-time staff.
- Conduct interviews and hire individuals who will help grow the restaurant.
- Manage the employee weekly schedule.
- Communicate shift priorities and responsibilities prior to the start of every shift.
- Work with a team of managers and a regional director to manage and shape the restaurant's profit and loss statements.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
- Lift items up to 30lbs.
- The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
