Food Service Manager

Wasabi Sushi and Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, with a permanent position and 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
- Fluency in English.
