Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
