Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure excellent service and quality control.
- Food and Beverage Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service, and communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
