Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
