Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Scotia Harvest Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

About the Role

This is a temporary full-time position working 35 hours per week with opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and accounting software.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general information to clients and the public via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Collate and distribute documents as needed.

Requirements
