Job Summary

This is a full-time position that involves providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes, focusing on education, experience, and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients' educational and vocational goals;
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care;
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners;
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular updates to supervisors;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as special education, social work, or psychology;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
  • Certifications in areas such as CPR, First Aid, and Mandt System training;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
