Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Teamwork: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
