Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Breakfast Service Coordinator to join our team at Tim Hortons. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer demands.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
