About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Earls Restaurant (Grande Prairie) Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 36 to 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
