Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Samra Kahlon Inc O/A Wok Box. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high-quality dishes are prepared according to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Train new staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a head chef or sous chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and presentation.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a generous paid time off policy.
