Customer Service Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Laval, Quebec. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing guidance on customer interactions.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and team management, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance on customer interactions
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
