Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of our store. This individual will support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide coaching and guidance to colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
