About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Freshii. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies and ingredients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
