About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Team Member to join our team at TANDOORI FLAME INDIAN CUISINE LTD. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Order Taking: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
