About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Freshii. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure that all food preparation and serving areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language spoken in this role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
