Job Description

The Vice President, Operations is a key member of our senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing our operations and driving external capability.

This role provides leadership in organizational and operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring impactful outcomes for Inuit communities.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Strategic plan, Governance, Policy and Knowledge Mobilization, Finance, Communications, Human Resources, IT, and reporting functions.

This includes team leadership, strategic planning, governance, fiscal, and operations leadership.
