About the Job

This leadership role involves establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing overall human resources planning. As a Strategic Organizational Development Leader, you will be responsible for setting objectives for the organization and creating policies and programs to achieve them. Additionally, you will represent the organization in official functions, select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate necessary authority while creating optimal working conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth and development.
  • Oversee the establishment of financial and administrative controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance the organization's image and reputation.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support business objectives.
  • Represent the organization in official functions, negotiations, and other external activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, human resources, or organizational development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management position, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

Salary and Benefits
