At NEWPOINT INSURANCE SERVICES INC., we are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be organized with the ability to work under pressure and with a large workload. This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position requiring proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Work Environment:
