Commercial Insurance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping to grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and Educate Clients: Develop and implement strategies to promote and educate clients on insurance products, identifying their needs and providing recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of client relationships, building strong relationships and delivering superior customer service that promotes client retention.
- Business Development: Help grow our presence and profile in the local community, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations to ensure their business challenges are met.
- Insurance Expertise: Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.

Requirements:
- Insurance Broker License: You must have an insurance broker license or be working towards obtaining one.
- Commercial Insurance Experience: You should have 3-5 years of commercial or personal lines insurance experience.
- Time Management and Confidentiality: You must be able to prioritize your workload, manage your time effectively, and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
