Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our motel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading our staff to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the work of our front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of the motel.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  3. Task Management: Assign and review tasks among staff members, setting deadlines and monitoring progress to maintain productivity.
  4. Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  5. Maintenance and Repairs: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to prevent business disruptions.
  6. Procurement: Requisition materials and supplies to meet the demands of our business.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required
