Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 2 3 1 3 2 3 6 O N T A R I O I N C. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to our sales team members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality merchandise to meet the demands of our customers.
- Authorize Returns: Process and approve returns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Utilize excellent sales skills to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
- Supervise Sales Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to our sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
