Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at DREAMFLEET INC. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
