About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1437404 Ontario Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills
