About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Supervisor to join our team at DREAMFLEET INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales staff to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Authorize payments and returns, and establish work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and develop.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
