Housekeeping Operations Manager

Avodah Homes Ltd is seeking a reliable and efficient Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping services, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping services.
- Assist housekeeping staff with their duties as needed.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
