Housekeeping Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at AIK KINUSO LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that our cleaning services are provided within our allocated resources.
- Recommend Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate financial records and reports to ensure that our cleaning services are provided efficiently and effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Fast-Paced Environment: Our cleaning services operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure career path for the right candidate.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in our facilities, and the successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively in English.
- Hours of Work: The successful candidate will be required to work 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
