Housekeeping Operations Manager

As a Housekeeping Manager at Marriott International, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. You will direct and work with employees to verify that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage housekeeping operations and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
- Direct and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality, business administration, or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
