Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
