Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the food service team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising staff, training employees, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, preparing budget estimates, and maintaining records of stock and sales.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
