VILLA MEDINA is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate staff rotations to ensure seamless service delivery.
