We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Numode Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
    • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and projects.
    • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, providing insights to inform business decisions.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives.
  • HR Support
    • Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing timely and effective support.
    • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative or operations role.
