Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, apprentices, and design team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless store operations and maximize sales potential.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the store and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise: Manage financial transactions, including authorizing payments and ordering merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize Inventory: Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales workers and other team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail store environment.

- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and handle heavy loads.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
