We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at RA3 Enterprise Inc.
Job Summary:The Meat Department Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the meat department, ensuring that all products are displayed and merchandised to meet company standards. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
