Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at RA3 Enterprise Inc. as a key member of our retail store leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of staff members in the meat department, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the department.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and conduct performance reviews.
- 5-10 years of experience in a retail store environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on retail management or a related field.
