Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at RA3 Enterprise Inc.
Job Summary:The Meat Department Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the meat department, ensuring that all products are displayed and merchandised to meet company standards. This includes supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Assign duties and tasks to staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the meat department.
- Hire and train new employees to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the display and merchandising of products.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or grocery store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
