About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cooper Equipment Rentals in York, ON. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental requests, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process rental requests and communicate with customers in a professional and effective manner
  • Maintain and document on-site inventories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Coordinate with the service department to resolve rental equipment and service/repair issues
  • Manage cycle billing, contract filing, and equipment exchanges
  • Prepare weekly open order contract report reconciliations
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the construction equipment rental industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with knowledge of Systematic an asset
