Yurt Assistant Lead Role Summary

The Yurt Assistant Lead at Heaven's Door is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.

  • As a key member of our hospitality team, the Yurt Assistant Lead will assist with food preparation, guest ordering, and cash handling duties.
  • The successful candidate will have a Serving It Right certificate and a minimum of 1-year previous customer service and cash handling experience in a cafeteria or food service environment.
  • Previous experience with food preparation and facilities for a dining establishment is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a current Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 3 certificate and have skiing or snowboarding ability.
  • Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are a must.
  • The Yurt Assistant Lead will work closely with the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
