We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus a 40% discount on childcare services for full-time employees and 10% for part-time staff.

Job Description

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children by developing and implementing engaging programs that support their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress discussions with parents and colleagues
  • Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and management to create a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead teacher in a childcare setting
  • Compliance with provincial regulations and requirements for childcare employment
  • Certifications in Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
  • Up-to-date immunizations and health assessments as per local health authorities
