Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Canwish Immigration Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of the office, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
