About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of office projects, including preparing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
