As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, navigating the complexities of the real estate market, and driving sales growth through your own efforts. You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust
  • Keep up-to-date with local knowledge to answer clients' questions about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Prospect for new business every day through telephone, text, and email
  • Assist buyers with showings of homes, analyzing their needs and wants and interpreting the real estate market to best negotiate on their behalf
  • Assist sellers with the details and stress of selling a home, including pricing, strategy, and negotiation skills
  • Learn all aspects of real estate and take great care of clients on a regular basis
  • Provide stellar customer service through phone conversations, text messaging, email, and social media at all stages of the home-selling process
  • Generate business from your own efforts, including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with your community
Qualifications
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Technology-driven
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Possession of a valid Alberta Real Estate License or eligibility to work in a real estate capacity, having met the requirements set by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
