Real Estate Sales Professional

We are a technology-driven real estate company with an aggressive internet lead generation system and we are one of the fastest growing real estate companies in America.
Our market is rapidly expanding, and our office has more leads than we can handle. Our current agents are struggling to keep up.
We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals for rewarding full-time sales positions. If you have an enthusiastic personality and enjoy helping people, this career may be a great fit.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust, and increasing sales volume. You will also be responsible for supervising the closing process, consulting with buyer and seller clients, and following up with leads to increase sales.
Our company provides extensive back-office paperwork support, a proven training/tutoring program, and advanced mentoring on a weekly basis. We also offer a respected, highly reputable team of motivated individuals and a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing local knowledge to answer clients' questions about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Providing world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Supervising the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Consulting with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Following up with leads to increase sales
- Prospecting for new business every day by telephone, text, and email
- Assisting buyers with the showings of homes and analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market to best negotiate on half of the buyers
- Assisting sellers with the arduous details and stressful venture of selling a home, including pricing, strategy, and negotiation skills
- Learning all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis
- Providing stellar customer service by engaging with clients through phone conversations, text messaging, e-mail, and social media at all stages of the home-selling process
- Generating business from your own efforts, including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with your community
Qualifications include:
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Technology driven
- Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Possession of a valid Alberta Real Estate License or eligibility to work in a real estate capacity, having met the requirements set by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
