Inventory Management Specialist

Salary$65,000 to $75,000 annually, providing a competitive compensation package for this key role.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient management and maintenance of inventory levels. This includes working closely with the service manager and sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Analyze sales data to inform purchasing decisions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Lead and motivate the parts team to achieve high productivity standards
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a parts role, preferably in a management position
- Proven track record of inventory management and control
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
