Job Summary: No formal education is required for this role. We provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills to succeed. As an Industrial Labourer - Equipment Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include moving equipment and tools, assisting tradespeople, cleaning machines, performing labouring activities, and reporting information to your supervisor.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Transport equipment and tools as required
    • Support tradespeople and other workers in their tasks
    • Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a safe environment
    • Perform physical labour and other duties as assigned
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors to report any issues or concerns
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands:
    • You will be required to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
    • Maintain manual dexterity and perform repetitive tasks
    • Have good hand-eye coordination to operate equipment safely
